You will be taken to the voucher customizer page where you can add bespoke details should you wish. We will send your voucher directly to you or to your recipient so they can redeem the voucher and book their gift experience straight away.

How to redeem a voucher
If you have been lucky enough to receive a voucher, you can redeem it easily on our website. Follow these 4 steps to choose your product and pay using your voucher. You will then receive an email confirming your booking and that’s you all set to come and visit our Alpacas!

Step 1
Choose your experience
Please visit our Book Tickets page and select the experience your voucher entitles you to (for example Beach Trek, Field Walk or Alpaca Adventure Trail Experience). This will take you to the booking page for that particular type of experience.

Step 2
Select date and time
On the booking page, select the ticket type that corresponds to your voucher (as well as any additional tickets you may require). Select a date and time and click the ‘book now’ button to add them to your shopping cart.

Step 3
Redeem voucher code
Select ‘View Cart’ or click the shopping basket at the top of the page. You will see your order and a box that says ‘Voucher code’. Type your code into the box, hit the redeem button and the voucher value will be removed from the cost.

Step 4
Complete your booking
To complete your booking, click the ‘proceed to checkout’ button. You can pay for any additional tickets using your credit or debit card. If no additional tickets are required, there should be no balance to pay.
