• Gift certificates are valid for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Recipients can redeem their voucher number at the checkout when booking their Alpaca experience.
• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
• Gift certificates are non-transferable and resale is prohibited.
• If a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided in these circumstances.
