CANCELLATION POLICY

If we have to cancel your alpaca experience due to weather (especially very wet, thunder & lightning or strong gales) for your safety and the safety of the animals. We will offer you another date that is convenient for you to visit or a refund if you are not able to visit us again.

If you have to cancel for any reason, we will accept cancellations in writing up to 72 hours before your alpaca experience. We can offer you the chance to rebook on another date or a refund if you are not able to visit us again. If you cancel within the 72 hours then you will have voided your booking.

GIFT VOUCHER POLICY

Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed/ exchanged for cash. Your gift voucher can be used to book any alpaca experience up to the monetary value of your gift voucher.

LATE ARRIVAL – VOIDS YOUR BOOKING

If you arrive late for your booking then unfortunately this will void your booking. Our alpaca experiences are timed experiences and for the smooth operation of the experience and also for the benefit of our other guests, we ask that you plan and allow plenty of time to get to us. If you are travelling a distance we suggest you may want to leave early and plan a stop closer to us in Kilkeel or Newcastle.
